For your convenience, the unit includes a full-size washer and dryer, fresh linens, and towels. With three full bathrooms—one for each bedroom—everyone has the space and privacy they need. Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo. Entry is simple and secure with a keyless smart lock. Your stay includes full access to the incredible amenities within the gated Seascape Resort: • Waterfront Access: A short walk to over 2,000 feet of private sugar-white sand beach and the beautiful Lake Stewart. • Resort Pools: Three large on-site pools, including a zero-entry pool and another with a mushroom fountain. Pools are seasonally heated. • On-Site Activities: Tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, plus bike rentals and community grills for cookouts. • Dining: The Cabana Café is located on the ground floor and offers convenient meals, with delivery directly to the unit. • Fitness Center: A shared fitness room is available for guest use.
